Easy Bean Salad

I've recently started making this wonderful dinner salad. Combine shredded lettuce, sliced Roma tomato, sliced cucumber (I cut thin slices, and then divide in half.), 1/2 cup garbanzo beans, 1/2 cup yellow corn (cooked and refrigerated), and 1/4 cup bean sprouts. Top with soy cheese and crushed all-natural corn tortilla chips. I find this salad is tastiest when topped with a light Italian dressing, or even a balsamic vinaigrette. :) Tasty!
