Who says desserts can't be healthy? If you want a delicious dessert that will make your tummy happy, you have to use all natural ingredients. These healthy dessert recipes use raw honey instead of refined sugar, whole wheat instead of white flour, small amounts of oil, and no animal products!

Animal foods are directly correlated with increased risk of all types of chronic disease, click here for more information. If you want to be healthy, cut down your meat, milk, and egg consumption. Our bodies have no need for these dense, high protein, high fat, low nutrient, no fiber foods.

Before considering one of these recipes, I recommend you eat fruit! Not only is fruit just about the healthiest thing you can eat, but it is nature's candy! Full of natural sugar, nutrients, and enzymes, fruit has no need to be altered from its natural state. You just eat it! It's so simple and convenient.

If you're looking for something a little bit more elaborate, look no further. This collection of tasty and healthy dessert recipes will leave your sweet tooth and your stomach in harmony!
