Oakwood Tofurkey Bar-B-Que Kabobs

I love to barbeque, and I eat a lot of Tofurkey. So, a favorite healthy dinner recipe of mine is sausage kabobs cooked over the grill. It's quick and simple to make, and can be done with or without basting sauce. If you want a great meal when you are camping or hiking, jar up some of the sauce ahead of time, or just cook the kabobs without any sauce.

Sauce (optional):
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. Mustard powder
1/2 C. Water
1/2 C. Soy sauce
1 T. Oil

Kabobs:
4 Tofurkey sausages
1 Onion
1 Green pepper
(or any other fresh veggies you like)

Combine the Sauce ingredients in a bowl together.

Cut the sausages and vegetables into small, evenly sized pieces.

Alternate the pieces of Tofurkey sausage with chunks of vegetables on grilling skewers or slender sticks.

Grill the kabobs over a barbeque for 10-15 minutes, turning and basting at least once (if sauce is used).

This dish feeds about four people, and goes great with hot rice!
