Easy Cucumber Salad

This delicious “Cucumber Salad” is a great salad recipe that is also easy to make!

To make the salad, all you need are a few basic ingredients: one large cucumber, unpeeled; three stalks of celery; one pint of cherry tomatoes; and one 16-ounce can of small-pitted black olives. You will need to chop up the cucumber and the celery into small pieces and mix into a bowl; add the tomatoes and the olives. Stir in two tablespoons of olive oil with one teaspoon of parsley. When you mix all the ingredients together, you can put this colorful salad on your plate with a health grain roll and enjoy a wonderful meal that tastes great!
