For me, lunch and dinner meals are basically the same thing. There is nothing I would eat for dinner that I wouldn't eat for lunch! So I've grouped them all into dinner recipes.
When deciding which of the many healthy dinner recipes to use, the most important factor should be if the meal will help prevent disease. And it should also taste really, really good. You have come to the right place my friend!
With a vegan diet you eat all you want, and still lose weight. Consumption of animal products is directly correlated with risk of chronic disease.
None of these healthy dinner recipes contain unnatural ingredients like meat, cheese, milk, or eggs. As such, they are wonderful on your stomach and not only taste great, but make you feel great all day long!
