Salads are one of my favorite meals. I love the various different tastes and textures that explode in each bite! And it's awesome how you can just throw a bunch of veggies and fruits together in a bowl, add some tasty dressing and at the end you feel amazing! The best part is that it's all raw so your food is alive with all the enzymes and nutrients for proper assimilation.
I always feel fantastic after eating a salad! And they never get old, you can always change it up. There are so many different combinations. It's just simply whatever your heart taste buds desire!
